Playground Safety

Duration: approximately 3 hours

This seminar is aimed at Councillors and Clerks who have, or are looking to provide, a playground.  It will give an overview of the essentials in maintaining a safe environment.

Attendees will be made fully aware of the appropriate safety standards and will be given inspection and maintenance guidelines.

The seminar will finish with a practical session using knowledge gained from the seminar to carry out an inspection of playground equipment. This will be outdoors so please dress accordingly!

This course runs every 3 or 4 years depending on demand.

The cost is £35 to NALC members and £100 for non-members.
